Our Customer

Our customer Jessica was having a picnic by the pond when she noticed her car was nowhere to be seen. Later, she found that her vehicle rolled into the pond from her parking spot.
Thankfully, there wasn’t anyone inside the car or anything of great value. She called the local car towing service to get the vehicle out, but to her surprise, they couldn’t pull it out and didn’t have the right equipment for the job. And that’s when she called us.

Problem At Hand

Jessica called us and explained the whole situation so we knew what we were dealing with. Our main concern was that the car was tangled with something below in the water or may have been stuck in the sand. We knew we needed some heavy-duty trucks to get it out.

Our Approach

We divided our plan of action into 3 steps.

Case Analysis:

Most towing businesses simply don’t have the equipment and knowledge to deal with a variety of cases. Lucky for Jessica, she came to the right place and the right time. The car we saved had great parts; the body was starting to suffer some rust damage, but it was sent to the recycling facilities without waiting. Which helped salvage maximum metal from it, and it was reused for its parts, and the waste was disposed of safely.

Customer’s Comments

Cash For Cars Sydney was really professional and helped me a lot during this ordeal. The best thing I liked about them was they didn’t make me wait. They came as quickly as possible, fished out my car, and took it off my hand – and I also made some cash on the side. Yay.’
